After decades of intense classical voice training, vocal injury, crippling stage fright, & near career ending burnout, I finally discovered what no voice teacher had previously taught me:

My Nervous System needed safety First.

Through somatic work, nervous-system regulation, breath work, yoga, and evidence based voice science, I rebuilt my relationship with my voice, learned how to feel safe being truly seen & heard, & finally become the singer, performer, & communicator I knew I could be!
